I have been evolving this class for close to 10 years, and it keeps expanding and going deeper. If you have tried it before, I invite you to try it again - and if the whole concept is new to you, I invite you to stick your toe in the water and give it a try. There is no textbook, but there will be some home contemplative work during the week.

I really want to make this accessible to everyone, so I am offering it on a sliding scale, from $5 per week to $25 per week, based on your needs. Every class builds on the one before, so please make sure you are available to attend all 6 sessions starting 6/10.  I am very excited to be sharing this class with you again!
