A Oneness Blessing is non-denominational, associated with no religion or belief system. The Oneness Blessing us one way that the divine can reach out to humanity; it is a gift, a benediction of grace. It is a transfer of divine energy designed to awaken higher states of consciousness, facilitate healing, and bring a direct experience of unity (Oneness) with the Divine, over time, often by initiating neurobiological shifts in the brain that quiet the mind, release suffering, and open the heart.
