The 2019 Women’s Retreat
Reclaiming the Mystery and Magic of Possibility
Reignite your Light!
“As long as a dream lives, so does a chance of its manifesting.” –Julia Cameron
Life–with its distractions and responsibilities–can often detour our deepest dreams and desires, and we may find ourselves wondering…
- What happened to the mystery and magic of my life?
- How can I reclaim (and maintain) what makes me come alive?
Through ceremony, creative expression, movement, music, meditation, sacred silence and sharing–plus a dash of something fun (and oh-so-easy!) called Laughter Yoga*–we will remember what matters most, gently release what may stand in the way, and joyously rediscover, reclaim, and give wings to the deepest dreams within our hearts.
Reconnect with your inner spiritual sanctuary to embrace greater peace and infinite possibility
We will join together in community and also have individual time to…
*Note: Laughter Yoga is VERY different from traditional yoga, you only need to bring your willingness to have fun!
The quieter we become, the more we hear. –Ram Dass
There is a laughter of God–let’s laugh it.
There is a song of the Universe–let’s sing it.
There is a hymn of praise–let’s praise it.
There is a joy, a beauty; there is a deep, abiding peace; let’s experience it.
Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. –Howard Thurman
Live the life you have imagined. –Henry David Thoreau

The 2017 Community Retreat
In 2017, the date has already been set. We will be back at St Benedict Lodge on June 2-4.
We have had lots of requests for this to be a community retreat also, and we have not yet made a decision about that. We DO have our facilitators, though! Erika Luckett and Lisa Ferraro will be back to take us to new heights and depths in our soul work!
Scroll down to read more about the Community Retreat. If you were able to make it, we hope it was as special for you as it was for us. And if you missed it, we hope you’ll join in next Memorial Day Weekend 2017!
The Annual Retreat is a community gathering of everyone. We met (in 2016 only) as a combined community, and may return to our separate Men’s and Women’s Retreats in 2017.
To facilitate this occasion in 2016, we brought in two fabulous teachers and musicians, Rev Christy Snow and Rev Jack Fowler. They worked with us from Friday evening through early Sunday afternoon, with their words and music creating transformation for us all.
The Retreat took place on Memorial Day weekend, at St Benedict Lodge in McKenzie Bridge. Those who wanted to extend their stay by one night did so for an extra fee.
We are so grateful to facilitators Rev Christy Snow and Rev Jack Fowler for the work they did in guiding us through our first community retreat in 2016. We will be doing work all year long based on the foundations they created!
